Formed in 2005 the band underwent many incarnations by various different names. Vitt Varg, White Frost, until finally the ... more name was changed to Skogen Sal and then finally Skogs Hallen in 2007. The idea of vikings and Scandinavian mythology remained strong throughout the bands history and although the band changed a lot the dedication and commitment to viking themed folk metal remains unchanged. less
